Project Manager ( Interior)

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution for residential interior projects.
• Handle client interactions, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct quality checks (QC) at every stage of execution to maintain design and material standards.
• Verify and approve material selection, delivery, and usage as per project requirements.
• Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and ensure cost control. • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to align execution with approved plans.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at the site. \

• Requirements

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 26 years of experience in project execution (residential interiors preferred).
• Strong leadership and client-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple teams simultaneously.
• Mandatory: Male candidates with a two-wheeler for site visits.
