Familiaritywith regulations and industry codes and standards affecting all architectural workwithin department
Updationof job related issues to the concerned
Qualityassurance Adhere to QMS norms / maintain required documents forproject scope of work
Preparing / checkingof designs & SOQ
Checkingand issue of IFC drawings pertaining to his project
Maintenanceof record prints, check prints, commented prints anddrawings / checklists.
Allocateappropriate work and provide necessary architectural inputs to designers.
Checkinginterfaces for IFC Drawings

Education Requirement

Necessary

Architecture Degree from accredited college or university

Experience Requirement

0 to 3 years minimum including 1 year training

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of development control rules andgeneral building requirements
Extended knowhow for use and application of designsoftware such as MicroStation AutoCAD Revit etc.
Knowledge of project specification and standards
Knowledge of QMS
Good communication & presentation skills
Knowledge of 3D presentation packages such as 3DStudio Max etc.
