Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural designs, managing project timelines, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders. Daily tasks include preparing submittals, ensuring the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM), adhering to sustainable design principles like GRIHA/IGBC, and monitoring project progress to meet quality and timeline expectations. The role also involves collaboration with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative and cost-efficient architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture, with experience in project design and development
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee project timelines and deliverables
• Basic knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technology
• Experience in preparing Submittals and related documentation
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional experience in overseeing institutional, commercial, residential or infrastructure projects is a plus
