Role Overview

As Project Architect , you will oversee site execution, milestone management, and vendor coordination. With 3–5 years of experience, you will bridge the gap between design and construction to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site execution, drawings compliance, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and operations team.
• Communicate with clients and assist in approvals.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Requirements

• B.Arch/M.Arch with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong exposure to residential project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD + project coordination tools.
• Leadership qualities + clear communication in Tamil & English.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
