Project Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the design and execution of high-rise building projects, along with a strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and coordinate architectural drawings and project documentation.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration.
• Prepare presentations, working drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure design compliance with building codes and standards.
• Manage project timelines and support site execution teams.
• Participate in client meetings and design discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,027.39 - ₹35,000.00 per month
