Project Analyst - PAS WKFA - National - CNS - PC - TALENT

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in financial services and broking.

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track project progress and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring timely issue resolution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of financial services and broking industry dynamics, including regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL or Tableau.
