Project Analyst

As a Project Analyst at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior members of the Global Operations team. Your responsibilities will include closely monitoring the Order to Cash business cycle, assisting in new project setup, supporting client billing, and collaborating with onshore business teams across multiple Geographies. Your role will require a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to become an expert in platforms and processes over time. One of the key objectives of your team is to help client-facing staff save time and focus on revenue-generating activities. You will be responsible for maintaining client and project data, analyzing data to ensure timely and accurate billing, reporting time entries to the Account Management Team, providing support for client invoicing, and conducting detailed scrutiny of invoices submitted by project teams. Your role will also involve reporting and analyzing components related to client invoicing, including Advance bills, Unbilled WIP, Write-offs, Commissions, and Accounts Receivables. You will work closely with senior team members to generate key insights from reports and contribute to different leadership and stakeholder reporting activities. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, the ability to work both independently and within a team, and a strong attention to detail. You should also possess strong analytical and problems-solving skills, a commitment to quality work, continuous learning, and process improvements.
