We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in reputed architectural firms and handling diverse projects, including residential, institutional, and hospital buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare design development drawings, including working drawings, details, and specifications.
  
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of construction documents, plans, sections, and elevations.

• Coordinate with consultants (Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Manage projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  
• Develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

• Conduct site analysis and participate in field visits and surveys.

• Support the preparation of client presentations and proposal documents.

• Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, zoning laws, and regulations.

• Ensure high-quality standards in drawings, documentation, and deliverables.

• Review and monitor progress to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

• Stay updated with emerging design trends and materials.

• Be proactive, committed, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

• Architectural Design Proficiency using Cad Software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.
• Exceptional knowledge of construction practices, detailing, and site coordination.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication, project management and collaboration skills.
