Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing drawings, presentations, and design documentation, and collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of architectural design concepts and detailed drawings. Produce 2D and 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using CAD and BIM software. Prepare and compile construction documents, plans, sections, and elevations. Conduct site analysis and participate in field visits and surveys. Support the preparation of client presentations and proposal documents. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors on design and technical issues. Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Stay updated with emerging design trends and materials. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field. 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design or internship experience. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong design and graphic presentation skills. Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced design environment.
