Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Job Opening : Qualified Senior Architect Location : Bengaluru Experience : 1520 years Qualification : B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in reputed architectural firms and handling diverse projects, including residential, institutional, and hospital buildings. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple architectural teams and oversee project execution from design to site delivery. Ensure high-quality standards in drawings, documentation, and deliverables. Provide in-depth technical input and ensure accuracy in construction detailing. Coordinate effectively with consultants (Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) to maintain seamless project integration. Review and monitor progress to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Be proactive, committed, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure successful project completion. Requirements : B.Arch degree with 15 to 20 years of professional experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales. Exceptional knowledge of construction practices, detailing, and site coordination. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
