Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date
books of accounts
Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budget planning and financial forecasting activities
Ensure
timely reconciliation
of accounts and financial records

Payments & Vendor Management

Manage end-to-end
vendor onboarding, contracts, and negotiations
Oversee
processing of payments
, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Verify
invoices, purchase orders, and service-level compliance
Ensure adherence to internal controls and procurement policies

Audit & Compliance

Ensure compliance with
statutory regulations, accounting standards

Coordinate with internal and external

to facilitate financial audits
Maintain documentation for all
financial processes and transactions
Monitor and mitigate financial risks through proper checks and controls
