What the role looks like:

• Keeping a close eye on attendance, marks, and engagement to catch early signs of struggle
• Designing support plans — be it extra sessions, one-on-ones, or mentorship
• Coordinating closely with faculty to close academic feedback loops
• Using tools like Google Sheets to track performance trends and take action
• Building a bond with students so they feel comfortable sharing what they’re facing

Who we're looking for:

• Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait for instructions
• Is comfortable working with data and spotting patterns
• Has good communication skills and knows how to talk to both students and faculty
• Prior experience in student-facing or academic roles is helpful but not mandatory
