Additionally, building and maintaining dashboards and reports for insights into student performance and engagement will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Student Support & Engagement - Proactively monitor student performance, attendance, and engagement. - Design and execute intervention strategies without formal requests. - Act as a guide and mentor to students, helping them make informed decisions. - Utilize student feedback to enhance support processes. - Problem-Solving & Initiative - Demonstrate ownership in solving student-related challenges. - Innovate to improve academic outcomes and student motivation. - Continuously refine processes to enhance student engagement. - Technical & Data Handling - Build and maintain dashboards for insights into student performance. - Analyze trends using tools like Google Sheets or Excel. - Leverage data to create action plans in collaboration with faculty. Qualifications Required: - Experience in a student-facing or support role. - Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Attributes: Proactive, empathetic, solution-oriented, confident in handling escalations.
