Job Description

As the Marketing Program Manager at Salesforce, you will report to the India Tech Operations head and play a crucial role in driving growth and operational excellence for the flagship startup program. Your responsibilities will include increasing brand awareness, developing program strategies, executing end-to-end program delivery, identifying process gaps, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement of the startup program - Create engaging content tailored for startup audiences across various channels - Manage partnerships with internal PR team and external media to expand program reach - Develop startup-focused collateral to showcase program success stories - Track and report on key marketing KPIs to optimize performance - Own the successful delivery of initiatives within the program, maintaining quality standards and deadlines - Build strong relationships with startups, acting as their advocate within Salesforce - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on program deliverables and drive partnerships - Support stakeholder meetings, provide updates, and track deliverables for shared success - Manage program risks and issues, identifying and mitigating challenges proactively - Build and maintain playbooks and process documentation for smooth program execution and scalability - Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with tech foundation team for efficient processes - Develop standard operating procedures for critical program touchpoints to ensure high-quality experiences **Qualifications Required:** - 6-8 years of experience in marketing, program management, or related field, preferably in tech, startup, or SaaS ecosystem - Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and driving programs with measurable results - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with attention to detail and bias for action - Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making and campaign optimization - Experience with marketing tools and platforms - Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels *Note: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, MBA, understanding of startup ecosystems, founder personas, and familiarity with Google Workspaces.*,
