Project Role Description :Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. You will engage in strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluation to drive successful project execution and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. Proficiency in Oracle Field Service.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.- Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Field Service.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
