Must have skills : Workday Core HCM Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the successful execution of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Manage and oversee the successful execution of assigned programs and projects. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Provide regular updates and status reports to senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their project management skills. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Experience in delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to analyze and solve problems, applying critical thinking and decision-making skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
