15 years full time educationSummary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage with team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive project success, adapting to challenges and ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any emerging issues. - Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. - Familiarity with risk management practices and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
