Project Role Description :

Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Min 15 years of fulltime educationSummary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met, utilizing standard tools and methodologies to monitor progress, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. You will engage in strategic planning and execution, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A Min 15 years of fulltime education is required., Min 15 years of fulltime education
