Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to drive informed decision-making. - Experience with risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project challenges. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
