You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead and guide the team in achieving project objectives. Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Agile Program Management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Program Management. This position is based in Pune.
