Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing and managing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope.- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.- Lead and facilitate project meetings and workshops.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.- Manage and resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.- Mentor and coach junior project management professionals.
