Own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams. Contribute to solution development, growth and. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation. Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring project objectives are met or exceeded. Professional & Technical Skills: Good To Have Skills:Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, risk management, and budget management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects in a matrixed organization. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
