Job Description

Role Overview: As a Programmatic Support Engineer at Zeta Global, you will be part of the support team responsible for providing technical assistance to Zeta clients and internal business functions. This customer-facing role requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service skills, along with exceptional verbal communication abilities. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer queries about the features and capabilities of Zeta Application products, developing customer-facing documentation, and ensuring the effective running of end-to-end display campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Answer customer questions regarding Zeta Application products - Develop customer-facing documentation on feature usage - Ensure effective running of end-to-end display campaigns including tagging, trafficking, and optimization - Become a subject matter expert on programmatic topics such as platform functionality, campaign best practices, and more - Provide technical support for programmatic platforms, campaign performance, and external DSP tools - Triage support tickets with issue summary, urgency, and next steps for backend engineering teams Qualifications Required: - BSC / BTech / MCA / MSC education background - At least 3+ years of experience in a 24/7 technical support environment - Extensive problem-solving and debugging skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Flexible to work outside of core business hours at short notice - Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and DSPs - Experience with troubleshooting ad delivery issues, pixel/tag implementation, and bid optimization - Strong MySQL/Oracle database experience - Hands-on experience with Linux operating system - Knowledge of web technologies and networking basics Company Summary: Zeta Global is a data-powered marketing technology company founded in 2007 by entrepreneurs David A.
