Programmatic Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will be part of the support team at Zeta, responsible for providing technical assistance to Zeta clients and internal business functions. Your role will involve answering customer inquiries, developing customer-facing documentation, ensuring effective display campaign operations, and becoming an expert on Programmatic topics. Key Responsibilities: - Answer customer questions about Zeta Application products - Develop customer-facing documentation on features - Ensure effective running of display campaigns - Become a subject matter expert on Programmatic topics - Provide technical support for Programmatic platforms and campaign performance - Triage support tickets with issue summaries and next steps Qualification Required: - BSC / BTech / MCA / MSC education background - At least 3+ years of experience in a 24/7 technical support environment - Extensive problem-solving and debugging skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility to work outside of core business hours - Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem - Understanding of DSPs, programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, and ad operations - Analytical ability and experience in ad delivery troubleshooting - Experience with DSPs such as DoubleClick Bid Manager, The Trade Desk, and AppNexus (Zeta DSP knowledge is a plus) - Strong MySQL/Oracle database skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience - Hands-on experience with Linux operating system - Knowledge of web technologies and networking basics,
