Program Specialist (Voice Process) US Healthcare

About the Role

Program Specialist

removing obstacles

Key Responsibilities

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
efficiently to support patients and healthcare providers
Perform
insurance verification
and determine patient eligibility for prescribed therapies
Accurately
document all interactions
in tracking systems and follow up as required
Process patient applications
per program specifications and manage required documentation
Coordinate
prescription orders and transfers
to specialty pharmacies as needed
Educate patients
on insurance options and available support programs
Maintain
professional communication
and adhere strictly to SOPs and compliance guidelines
Handle
sensitive healthcare data
with high proficiency and confidentiality

Requirements

Education:
Graduation is mandatory
Experience:

Minimum
2 years of experience
in
Customer Service
(International Voice Process)
Total
1.5 years of relevant experience
in
US or International Healthcare process
is
mandatory

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
preferred
Strong communication skills
(verbal & written)
