Role Overview: As a Program Manager for the Renewable Energy Due Diligence Program, you will lead the charge in clean energy innovation. Your primary focus will be on solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturers, products, and facilities. You will play a crucial role in shaping the program's vision, driving new service development, and ensuring excellence across technical, financial, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and bankability dimensions. Additionally, you will lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle and collaborate with global teams to deliver top-tier services. Key Responsibilities: - Define program strategy, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and governance - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver assessments and advisory services - Drive program growth and continuous improvement - Oversee NPI cycles and go-to-market strategies - Provide technical guidance and support to clients and sales teams - Conduct market analysis and support marketing initiatives - Ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate risks Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Renewable Energy (Master's preferred) - Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in program/product/supply chain/due diligence roles - Strong knowledge of renewable energy assessments across technical, financial, legal, and ESG domains - Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Lean are a plus - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills - Fluency in English (Mandarin or other languages a plus) - Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and under pressure Additional Details: Join a mission-driven team that is shaping the future of renewable energy.
