Program Manager Operations

You will be working on end-to-end development of features for a major Technology company within different teams focusing on various aspects of search features development process. Your roles and responsibilities include: - Extracting data from external websites using Python and other internal applications and ingesting it into the Client's databases - Data Modelling and Schema Creation / Maintenance - Creating and maintaining data pipelines using internal applications, with 5-10% Python involvement - Conducting data analysis, data visualisation, creating SQL reports, and dashboards using internal applications - Creating configurations/business logic to display information - Debugging issues during maintenance in case: - Features are not triggering - Data pipelines are failing - SQL reports and dashboards are not functioning - Some information related to verticals is missing To be eligible for this role, you should have: - 10+ years of experience leading large, highly complex technical programs with significant scope, budget, and a large pool of resources - Prior software development experience - Experience leading multiple programs from initiation through completion - Exceptional executive communication skills, capable of addressing all levels of the organization - Ability to create/deliver audience-appropriate presentations and be persuasive - Cross-collaboration skills to work seamlessly across stakeholder groups with potentially conflicting interests - Knowledge of ETL Systems, Any Programming Language (preferably Python), relational databases, and web services - Experience working with Linux environments - Ability to write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time - Strong sense of quality in terms of both program architecture and code style Your job responsibilities will involve: - Leading a team of engineers and analysts working on the product roadmap - Overseeing software architecture, source control workflows, and performing code reviews to ensure exceptional code quality - Improving the development experience and the quality of the codebase by defining and upholding best practices and coding standards - Making architecture and design decisions - Ensuring the stability and performance of the service you work on - Working with stakeholders to complete projects on time - Contributing to the vision and long-term strategy in your area of expertise GlobalLogic offers a culture of caring, continuous learning and development, interesting & meaningful work, balance and flexibility, and is a high-trust organization where integrity is key.
