Qualification

• MBA/Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Education, Management, Social Work, or related fields)
• 5+ years of experience in managing training centres, skilling programs, or educational institutions

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager located in Coimbatore. The Program Manager will oversee project implementation, manage a team of field workers, coordinate with various stakeholders, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing project activities, preparing reports, conducting field visits, and facilitating community meetings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, with strong organizational abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
• Familiarity with Coimbatore's educational and community landscape
