As an experienced candidate with 7-10 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will act as the Chief of Staff to the MD, driving strategic priorities and ensuring effective execution across functions. Your key responsibilities will include program-managing the transformation agenda, coordinating outcomes across the Management Committee, leading high-impact projects, supporting strategy formulation for core and new businesses, developing stakeholder engagement plans, and preparing business presentations and management updates. Key Responsibilities: - Act as Chief of Staff to the MD, driving strategic priorities and ensuring effective execution. - Program-manage the transformation agenda, including manufacturing excellence, customer-centric initiatives, digital projects, and international expansion. - Coordinate and track outcomes across the Management Committee for alignment and delivery of commitments. - Lead and deliver independent, high-impact projects in operations, growth strategy, and capability building. - Support strategy formulation and execution for core and new businesses. - Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement and advocacy plans. - Prepare and review business presentations, dashboards, and management updates for Board and group-level reviews. Qualification Required: - B.Tech from a premier (tier-1) institute is required. MBA from a tier-1 institute is a plus. - PMP certification is required. - Minimum 7 years' experience in manufacturing (operations, process, or projects). - Strong program management, analytical, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills are essential. Additional Details: You should be an engineering or business graduate with a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, or projects. Demonstrated analytical ability, structured problem-solving skills, and strong stakeholder management are crucial. You should be ambitious, organized, and capable of performing in a high-intensity environment. Additionally, willingness to relocate to Kolkata and travel as required is expected.
