Program Manager

You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, having certifications in Project/Program Management such as PMP, PgMP, Agile can be advantageous. Ideally, you should have 6-8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a preference for experience in a marketing-driven or education-focused organization. Your track record should demonstrate successful management of multi-channel marketing programs, digital campaigns, and global stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in various tools is crucial, including marketing automation tools like Marketo and HubSpot, project management software such as Asana and Jira, and data analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Power BI. You must be able to interpret metrics such as CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates to derive actionable insights.
