What You Will Do

1. Build High-Performance Teams

• Create capability-building programs for retail, sales, and service excellence.
  
• Drive interventions at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels to maximize productivity.
  

2. Lead GTM & Strategic Program Rollouts

• Design, implement, and scale GTM success programs for new business initiatives.
  
• Partner closely with sales, operations, and product teams to push high-impact projects forward.
  

3. Drive Content & Learning Innovation

• Build dynamic, high-impact training content and enablement tools.
  
• Introduce modern learning formats—microlearning, interactive modules, and performance boosters.
  

4. Onboard & Certify Talent

• Own end-to-end onboarding journeys for frontline, managerial, and specialized roles.
  
• Ensure Lenskart teams are equipped, certified, and ready from Day 1.
  

5. Deliver Game-Changing Training

• Implement structured learning pathways ensuring operational excellence in all retail and service teams.
  
• Continuously refine learning programs using feedback, data, and business insights.
  

6. Set Standards, Drive Results

• Create KPIs and success metrics for capability building initiatives.
  
• Partner with business leaders to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  

7. Improve Performance with Data

• Build dashboards, analyze learning impact, and present insights to CXOs and functional heads.
  
• Use data to shape future capability strategies.
  

8. Power Product-Based Interventions

• Work with product and tech teams to develop tools, systems, and automation that enhance performance on ground.
  

9. Lead Day-to-Day Operational Excellence

• Ensure seamless execution of capability programs across all geographies.
  
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and maintain high execution standards.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Tier-1 educational background (preferred but not mandatory).
  
• 2–6 years’ experience in program management, consulting, capability building, L&D, business operations, or product/strategy roles.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building from scratch and scaling fast.
