Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive execution of customer adoption programs .

Role & responsibilities

Job responsibilities:
• Implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned product managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for new initiatives • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and meets the needs of the target audience

Job qualifications:

Hands on experience with SQL/KQL,Power BI and Automation
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation - to peers and executives)
