Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Patiala for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate humanitarian projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing projects, managing resources, supervising teams, collaborating with partners, monitoring project progress, and identifying areas for improvement. The role also encompasses preparing reports for stakeholders and ensuring projects comply with ethical and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team management
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Familiarity with humanitarian aid initiatives or non-profit sector work is an advantage
• Proficiency in using project management tools and technology
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, on-site environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, or related field
• Commitment to the principles of humanitarian aid and the ethos of Khalsa Aid
