Role Overview:

The Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of Company//'s knowledge programs, workshops, mentoring sessions, speaker series, and community initiatives. This role focuses on program quality, speaker management, and member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• ️Conceptualize, plan and execute programs and events
• ️Coordinate with speakers, mentors, panelists, and trainers
• ️Design event agendas, content flow, and session objectives
• ️Manage registrations, scheduling and communication with participants
• ️Ensure smooth on-ground execution of all sessions and workshops
• ️Work with marketing team on event promotions
• ️Gather feedback and prepare post-event reports
• ️Support innovation and launch of new programs (Growth Lab, Open Mic, etc.)
• ️Coordinate with Global Members on program participation
• ️Maintain high quality of learning and engagement in all initiatives

Preferred Profile:

• ️4-6 years in event management, program management or community building
• ️Strong organizational and project management skills
• ️Good communication and coordination abilities
• ️Passion for startups and learning initiatives
• ️Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
