About the Company

About the Role

Responsibilities

Design & run workshops & programs in electronics, coding, IoT, and robotics.
Mentor students on projects—debug code, design circuits, build prototypes.
Develop and refine curriculum with industry-relevant tools & practices.
Lead sessions during residencies in Goa and foster a collaborative maker community.
Manage program schedules, logistics, and smooth execution.

Qualifications

3 + years’ experience in coding (Arduino, Python, IoT, embedded systems) & electronics.

Required Skills

Strong track record of teaching or running hands-on STEM workshops.
Comfort with microcontrollers, sensors, and prototyping tools.
Great communicator who can inspire and guide diverse learners.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of FreeCAD and KiCad is desirable.
Should have a Maker mindset to learn / self-learn new tools, processes and techniques.
