Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Process Creation & SOP Building

• Design and implement SOPs for fulfilment, warehousing, and daily operations.
• Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
• Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.

• Program Management

• Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations.
• Support execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with fulfilment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.

• Data & Analytics

• Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from, with strong academic credentials
• Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL
• High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration
