Role Summary

Enterprise AI Program Leadership

• Own

  end-to-end program delivery

  for complex, multi-year AI transformation programs across multiple customers.

AI Products & Platform Delivery

• Lead delivery of AI solutions leveraging:

• Microsoft Copilot (M365, Security, Dynamics, Power Platform)

• Azure OpenAI Service

• AWS AI stack (Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q)

MultiCloud AI Program Governance

• Define

  program governance models

  for AI initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

People & Leadership Management

• Lead and mentor

  senior AI program managers, delivery directors, and transformation leads

  deployed at customer sites.
• Establish best practices for

  AI program management, risk management, and benefits realization

  .

Preferred candidate profile

Experience & Qualifications

• 18+ years

  of overall IT / digital transformation experience.

• 10+ years

  leading large, complex enterprise programs.
• Proven track record delivering

  AI / GenAI programs at scale

  .
• Strong background in

  consulting, system integration, or managed services

  .
• Experience managing

  senior delivery and program leaders

  .
• Prior roles as

  Program Director, Delivery Director, or Transformation Leader

  preferred.

Certifications (Highly Desirable)

• PMP / PgMP / SAFe SPC
• Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS / GCP Architect or AI focused)
• AI / GenAI program or product certifications
