Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery Gather actuals and update project forecasts to ensure accurate tracking Maintain comprehensive logs for risks, dependencies, and issues Monitor and record project costs for effective budget management Foster strong communication and collaboration with the Studio Head of Delivery and Operations What We're Looking For Experience handling web-based or mobile projects (preferred) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred) Strong sense of ownership and accountability in project management Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks Confident communicator across all levels of the organization Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality Excellent personal time management and organizational skills Demonstrates structured and critical thinking Collaborative and participative leadership style with strong team management skills Professional traits: confident, personable, resilient, and composed under pressure Proven ability to deliver results within deadlines Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and going the extra mile when needed Proficiency in project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Monday.com is a plus Why Aristocrat?
