Program Management Specialist

As a Project Manager in the CDMO sector, your role involves managing and executing projects from initiation to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing and executing CDMO projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project objectives. - Collaborating closely with various teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory to ensure project milestones are achieved. - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans to ensure on-time and in-full delivery. - Preparing and presenting regular status reports and updates to senior management. - Driving process improvements to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors/Masters degree in life sciences, pharmacy, chemical engineering, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in managing projects in CDMO/pharmaceutical companies. - Strong understanding of CDMO operations, including R&D, tech transfer, and manufacturing processes. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple internal teams.,
