Program Leader - Workday

As a Program Leader HR specializing in Workday, your role involves managing Workday modules, leading EIB mass loads, reporting, and security administration. You will collaborate with HR and global teams, review policies, support contracts, and ensure governance, compliance, and vendor management. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining trackers, conducting audits, performing root cause analysis, managing external counsel/vendors, and providing strategic support across employment law, corporate advisory, stakeholder engagement, and global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain Workday modules - Lead EIB mass loads - Manage reporting and security administration - Collaborate with HR/global teams for policy review and support contracts - Ensure governance, compliance, and vendor management - Maintain trackers and perform audits - Conduct root cause analysis - Manage external counsel/vendors - Provide strategic support across employment law, corporate advisory, stakeholder engagement, and global operations Qualifications & Skills: - 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Workday (including 2+ years in implementation) - Strong knowledge of HR processes, SaaS design, Workday security, and reporting - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have detailed, hands-on experience in the following Workday modules: - Business process configuration - Security - Recruitment - Compensation - EIB - Reports - Talent - Time and Absence - Calculated fields Your success in this role will be measured by your expertise in Workday HCM, EIB, reporting, and employment law compliance, as well as your ability to efficiently manage multiple projects.,
