Job Description

Role Overview: Tiger Analytics is seeking a self-motivated AI Risk Policy and Governance Leader to join their growing Banking Financial Services vertical. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI Risk Policy and Governance Frameworks and Policies in large BFS organizations. Your expertise in domain knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services space, strong analytical skills, and program management experience will be crucial for success in this challenging role within the Banking & Financial Services Analytics area. Key Responsibilities: - Work with various clients across large BFS institutions to design, develop, and implement AI Risk Policy and Governance Frameworks and Policies - Conduct detailed analytical work with a high level of accuracy to deliver results to senior management - Develop, document, and refine risk policies and procedures - Translate complex risk concepts into clear, structured documentation - Lead junior team members and guide deliverables - Manage direct client stakeholders effectively - Engage with clients and client partners to understand their business context - Work on a broad range of business-critical problems across various work streams across the BFS value chain Qualifications Required: - Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Statistics / Mathematics, or Risk - Exposure to large BFS institutions in AI Risk and Policy/Governance work - Ability to develop, document, and refine risk policies and procedures - Strong writing skills - Ability to lead junior team members and guide deliverables - Direct client stakeholder management exposure - Strong communication skills - Exposure to the BFS Domain in at least one of Credit Risk & Strategy, Fraud Risk & Strategy, Marketing Analytics, or Customer Analytics Additional Details: Tiger Analytics is a global leader in AI and analytics, offering full-stack AI and analytics services & solutions to empower businesses to achieve real outcomes and value at scale.
