Job Description

Provides overall executive leadership for the PACS migration and implementation program, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and client objectives

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and oversee program strategy, governance, and delivery for multi-ministry PACS migration
- Manage program budget, resourcing, and contractual obligations
- Act as the senior escalation point with client executives and vendors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, security policies, and contractual commitments
- Drive executive communications, steering committee updates, and risk management

Experience & Skills:

- 15+ years in program leadership for large-scale healthcare IT transformations
- Proven track record in multi-site PACS/VNA implementations
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and financial management skills
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred
