Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day operations of academic or training programs. The role ensures smooth program delivery by coordinating schedules, faculty, student activities, assessments, and logistics. The Program Coordinator maintains communication between departments, supports student progress, manages documentation, and ensures all program activities align with institutional standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities – Program Coordinator1. Program Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate daily academic schedules, timetables, and program activities.
• Ensure classes, workshops, and assessments run smoothly and on time.
• Support faculty with resources, materials, and session planning.

2. Student Support & Engagement

• Maintain regular communication with students regarding schedules, updates, and requirements.
• Address student queries, concerns, and academic needs promptly.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and participation.

• Act as a link between faculty, management, and administrative departments.

4. Operational & Administrative Management

• Manage student records, documentation, assessments, and evaluation reports.
• Track program progress, deadlines, and academic compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on program status.

5. Logistics & Resource Management

• Ensure classrooms, labs, and learning spaces are properly arranged and equipped.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, handouts, and resources.
• Manage scheduling of events, presentations, and examinations.
• Ensure faculty receive necessary support (classroom setup, materials, equipment).
• Coordinate guest lectures, industry sessions, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,200.88 - ₹26,267.76 per month
