Program Associate- Velocity (AI & Deeptech)

Role Overview: NSRCEL is the innovation and entrepreneurship hub at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), fostering innovation, empowering entrepreneurs, and catalysing economic growth. As a Program Associate AI & Deeptech, you will collaborate closely with the Program Manager to deliver high-quality initiatives for startups in AI, Robotics, Drones, Industry 4.0, and other Deeptech areas. This hands-on role requires someone who excels in execution, coordination, and direct engagement with founders, mentors, and ecosystem partners. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities. - Support internal teams and program partners in achieving program milestones. - Coordinate with stakeholders to build and sustain strong relationships. - Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys to track program outcomes. - Analyse and report data collected from entrepreneurs. - Organise and manage program activities, including events, expert sessions, and outreach initiatives, to deliver an exceptional founder experience. - Work closely with entrepreneurs and internal teams to understand their needs and facilitate solutions. - Ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines in all external communications. - Pursue strategic and innovative solutions to achieve program objectives. - Contribute to initiatives that support ventures in AI, Deeptech, SaaS, Fintech, and other emerging technology sectors. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in the startup ecosystem. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to contribute to program design and execute with discipline. - Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder engagement skills. - Exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive ownership mindset. - Fast learner with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. - Comfortable using AI tools, MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, Notion, and other project management tools.,
