About the Role

Program Advisor (Pre- Sales)

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with inbound leads via phone, and other communication channels.
  • Understand the learners background, motivation, and career objectives to evaluate program fit.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass on high-potential prospects to the sales advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and qualification status in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Follow up with unresponsive leads to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and feedback loops.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and qualification targets.

Requirements

  • 6 months - 3 years of experience

    in inside sales in

    EdTech, online learning, or career upskilling companies.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills in English
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools.
  • Goal-driven attitude with the ability to handle high-volume outreach.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Must be
