The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality education to management students, contributing to curriculum development, engaging in meaningful research, fostering an industry-academia interface, and participating in institutional development activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and academic content in the assigned specialization.
• Prepare and execute academic lesson plans as per syllabus requirements and academic calendar.
• Foster interactive learning environments through case studies, simulations, group discussions, and live projects.
• Guide students on research projects, dissertations, and internships.
• Engage actively in student mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance.
• Conduct academic and applied research, contributing to national/international publications and conferences.
• Participate in curriculum design, syllabi revision, and academic audits.
• Establish linkages with industry for guest lectures, industry visits, consultancy, and placement support.
• Contribute to accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA, AICTE norms compliance) and other institutional quality initiatives.
• Participate actively in academic events, faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
