Professor of Management

As a Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Medi-Caps University, your role will involve the following: - An eminent scholar with a Ph.D. qualification in the Management discipline and a strong track record of high-quality published work. You should be actively engaged in research with evidence of at least 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. - You should possess a minimum of ten years of teaching experience in a university/college setting, or have experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries. This should also include guiding candidates for research at the doctoral level. - Your contributions to educational innovation, curriculum design, and the utilization of technology in teaching and learning processes will be highly valued. - Additionally, you should meet the minimum score requirements as per the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) outlined in UGC guidelines. OR - Alternatively, you could be an outstanding professional with a well-established reputation in the Management discipline. Your significant contributions to knowledge in this field should be substantiated by your credentials.
