Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Teach MBA courses on Operations, Fintech, and Business Analytics to students at IIT level.
Develop and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments for these subjects.
Conduct research in areas related to finance, operations, and analytics to stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop new programs and curricula for the institute.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic decision-making processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

12-22 years of experience in teaching or industry roles involving finance, operations, or analytics with a min. of 6-8 years of experience Post Doc.
Strong expertise in areas such as finance, financing, operations management, business analytics, data analysis etc.
