Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of faculty members to achieve academic excellence in the department.
Develop and implement effective teaching methods to improve student learning outcomes.
Conduct research activities, publish papers, and secure external funding for the department.
Foster industry partnerships to enhance curriculum development and provide practical training opportunities for students.
Ensure compliance with university policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Any Specialization from a recognized institution.
Minimum 15-20 years of experience as an Associate Professor or equivalent position in a reputed institution.
Proven track record of successful leadership roles with excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong decision-making abilities with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
