PROFESSOR

Teaching & Classroom Management

• Deliver lectures on IT subjects such as programming, networking, databases, and operating systems.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment.

2. Curriculum Development

• Design and update course curriculum to align with industry standards.
• Prepare academic materials (notes, presentations, labs, e-modules).

3. Practical & Laboratory Sessions

• Conduct lab sessions for programming, networking, and software tools.
• Guide students on practical experiments and hands-on training.

4. Student Evaluation & Assessment

• Prepare and evaluate quizzes, tests, assignments, and exams.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.

5. Academic Mentoring

• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
• Offer career counseling and support for academic growth.

6. Research & Professional Development

• Engage in research activities, publish papers, attend seminars and workshops.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT and emerging technologies.

7. Administrative Duties

• Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees.
• Assist in organizing events like workshops, seminars, and fests.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation.

8. Project Guidance

• Mentor final-year students in developing software projects.
• Review project work, documentation, and presentations.

9. Collaboration & Industry Interaction

• Collaborate with industry experts for guest lectures and training programs.
• Help in bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world IT practices.

10. Ethical & Professional Conduct

• Promote academic integrity, discipline, and professionalism among students.
• Ensure compliance with institute policies and quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
